I truly had the BEST experience. The moment I walked in and I was greeted so kindly. I was switching doctors after many years and was very nervous about the change. Everyone from the admin, nurses, techs, ultrasound techs, etc were so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. They were professional, knowledgeable, sweet, kind and funny. My feedback is mostly about the experience and not Dr. Love specifically! However, Dr. Love answered my questions and understood my thoughts/concerns which relieved some of my birth control stress. I appreciate how attentive the staff was. It was great to meet Dr. Love to discuss birth control options, however the appointment ended up being less than 10 minutes, so having a telehealth option for shorter appointments would be appreciated. I think I would've gotten the same experience from telehealth, as I was mostly looking to talk to Dr. Love for the first time and get some questions answered. I was asked to call back in a few business days to set up another appointment, and was a frustrated when I was being asked questions that I completed a few days prior. I was under the impression that there would be a digital log of my answers by the time I was to set up my next appointment. I'm certain that it wasn't the fault of the person who took my call. There was also some mixed communication on when it was appropriate to reinsert an IUD. I recall asking Dr. Love if it mattered that it was the end of my period and it seemed like it could be inserted any time, but end of period is preferred, whereas the person scheduling my appointment seemed set on only scheduling it when it was the end of my period.
